New Dealership Visual Branding
For the Love of the Road // C17media and Pfaff Automotive have been working together for years on new and exciting projects in the automotive retail space. As Pfaff expands and grows to better serve their diverse clientele, the addition of the Subaru brand to the Pfaff lineup meant a brand new dealer space from the ground up in beautiful Guelph, ON. As passionate automotive enthusiasts, we at C17 were all in from the very beginning! Our role was to assist in making this new dealership fitting of the high quality Pfaff experience that customers already know and love.First Impressions // Beginning on the outside, we wrapped the top windows in vinyl graphics that proudly displayed that this new dealership was “Now Open!” This gave the space a concrete visual impact that could be seen from the road.
To tie Subaru to the Pfaff family, the premium frost stripes with logo branding and Canada’s Best Managed Companies were digitally cut and installed throughout the exterior walkthrough doors. Precise cut vinyl hours of operation leave a clean look for important information.
There were a few other key pieces that were printed and installed on the exterior of the new dealership, including a unique breakout pattern design built from 3M colour 1080p vinyl which matches the promo STI we wrapped for Pfaff Subaru Guelph, as well.
A Welcoming Space // Inside the dealership, the Pfaff team has excelled at building a space that is inviting and warm for customers. To help visually brand the large open concept showroom, we opted to use dye-sublimation fabric prints throughout for a tidy and premium aesthetic. A large 17’ W x 8.5’ H fabric frame with a purposeful lifestyle photo sits directly atop the customer lounge area and gracefully draws your attention when your eyes look up to admire the space.
Directly above the main showroom, a halo lit logo sign highlights the brand experience. Powered by energy efficient LED’s the added lighting builds the brand. With windows inside for offices, we opted for 3M Fasara patterned frost vinyl to build both privacy and visual breaks in the showroom while maximizing natural light flow.
Print messaging is used for both customers and employees. Throughout the Service and Staff areas, fabric prints were installed to seamlessly blend into the space for both interchangeability and a premium presence. A mix of lifestyle images and brand values were incorporated as reminders of both the Subaru and Pfaff ethos.

The Overall Experience // Launching a new dealership involves making sure all of the touch points for customers are taken care of, from sales to service. With our key experience and enthusiasm for this sector, C17 produced and installed the print assets necessary for a cohesive brand. From business cards, to service forms and new vehicle sales folders, all of the dealerships stationery was of course, executed in a timely manner so that every department could serve their customers best.
