Nothing else puts a message that big in front of that many people for that little. A banner across a construction hoarding, above a dealership entrance, along a tournament fence, or behind a stage does the work of a billboard at a fraction of the cost. Unlike a billboard, you own it and can hang it again next season.

The variable is build quality. A banner that fails is almost always a finishing failure, not a printing one: hems that pull, grommets that tear out, or a solid vinyl panel hung in wind that should have been mesh. Choosing Between Vinyl, Mesh, and Fabric

Vinyl: Outdoors, Durable, Economical

Heavy scrim vinyl handles weather and UV, prints vividly, and costs the least. Right for hoardings, storefronts, and anything on a wall or a solid surface.

Mesh: Anywhere There's Wind

Perforations let wind pass rather than turning the banner into a sail. Essential for fence lines, scaffolding, and elevated building installations. Slightly less colour density than vinyl, which is a trade worth making.

Fabric: Indoors and On Camera

Dye-sublimated fabric has no glare, folds without permanent creasing, ships light, and washes. The right answer for trade shows, media backdrops, and premium retail.

Welded Hems & Reinforced Corners

Heat-welded hems don't unstitch, and reinforced corners are where the load actually goes. This is the difference between a banner that lasts three seasons and one that tears in the first storm.

Banner Printing FAQs

1How big can you print a banner?
We print seamlessly up to 10 feet wide, and length is effectively unlimited on roll material. That covers the overwhelming majority of commercial banner work as a single continuous piece with no join through the artwork. For installations larger than that, building wraps, full hoardings, we produce panelled sections and plan the seams into the design so they fall at architectural lines rather than across your logo.
2Vinyl or mesh: how do I choose?
Wind is the deciding factor, not price. If the banner is going on a fence, scaffolding, a building face, or anywhere elevated and exposed, use mesh: the perforations let wind pass through instead of turning the banner into a sail that rips out its own grommets. If it's mounted flat against a wall or hung indoors, vinyl gives you better colour density for less money. Tell us where it's going and we'll specify it.
3How long does banner printing take?
Standard vinyl banners typically run two to four business days from approved artwork, including hemming and grommeting. Fabric banners and retractable stands are similar. Large panelled installations and anything requiring our install crew are scheduled around site access. If you have an event date, give it to us at quote stage so we schedule backwards from it.
4Can banners be reused, and how should we store them?
Absolutely, and it's most of the value. Vinyl banners roll, never fold them, since a crease in vinyl is permanent and store best rolled around a tube in a dry space. Fabric banners are more forgiving: they fold, pack flat, shake out, and can be gently machine washed and re-hung, which is why touring and multi-event clients tend to move to fabric after their first season.
5Do you install banners, or just print them?
Both. Our certified installation crews work across Toronto and the GTA, including elevated and building-scale installations that need proper equipment and safety procedures. For simple indoor hangs, plenty of clients handle it themselves. We'll finish the banner with the right mounting hardware either way.
6Can you print a banner that matches our other signage exactly?
Yes, and that's a real advantage of consolidating. Because your banners, signage, fabric displays, and printed collateral run through the same facility under the same colour management, the brand colour is consistent across every format. When banners come from an online supplier and signage comes from a local shop, they visibly don't match and it's always noticed on site.
