Corporate Stationery Printing

Business cards, letterhead, folders, and forms that feel like the brand behind them.

Designed, printed, and finished in-house at our 19,000 sq ft Richmond Hill facility. No surprises.

Your Stationery Is the First Thing a Client Actually Touches

A pitch deck gets skimmed. A website gets a few seconds. A business card gets held. Corporate stationery is the one piece of your brand a prospect handles physically, and the weight of the stock, the crispness of the edge, and the depth of a foil strike all register before a single word is read.

C17 Media runs digital and offset presses side by side in Richmond Hill, which means we can match the process to the run. Fifty cards for a new director go on the digital press and ship the same week. Fifty thousand letterhead sheets across nine locations go offset, where the per-unit cost drops and the colour holds dead consistent from the first sheet to the last. Design, pre-press, printing, finishing, and kitting all happen in-house, so nobody is waiting on a third party to explain why the blue shifted.

The Benefits of Printing Your Stationery With C17

  • Digital and offset - we pick the press that fits your run instead of forcing your job onto the only machine we own.
  • Colour that holds across reorders - in-house pre-press and colour management means this year's cards match last year's letterhead.
  • Specialty finishing - foil, emboss, spot UV, die-cutting, and soft-touch lamination without shipping your job across the city.
  • Short runs are welcome - one new hire does not need to trigger a 5,000-card minimum.
  • Design support when you need it - our team can build the file, fix the bleed, or rebuild a brand set from a low-res legacy logo.
  • Kitting and fulfillment - we box, label, and ship to each of your locations directly.

Premium Business Cards

Heavy 16pt and 32pt stocks, duplexed and edge-painted options, and finishes that range from soft-touch matte to raised spot UV. We print short runs digitally for new hires and full offset runs for company-wide refreshes.

Corporate letterheads

Matched letterhead, #10 envelopes, and continuation sheets printed on laser-safe stocks that won't shed toner in your office printer. Colour-locked to your brand standards across every reorder.

Presentation Pocket Folders

Custom die-cut folders with business card slits, reinforced spines for thicker inserts, and interior printing. The workhorse of any sales meeting or onboarding package.

Custom Branded Notepads

Padded notepads in any size, from 4x6 desk pads to full letter, with custom sheet counts and printed chipboard backing. Cheap to produce, and they sit on a client's desk for months.

Carbonless (NCR) Business Forms

Two, three, and four-part carbonless sets for work orders, invoices, and delivery slips. Sequentially numbered, perforated, and padded or booked to your spec.

Multi-Location & Variable Data Sets

One approved template, hundreds of personalized variants. We handle the data merge, the proofing, and the kitting so each location or rep receives their own labelled box.

Finishes That Do the Talking

Anyone can put ink on card stock. The difference between a business card that gets filed and one that gets kept is almost always in the finishing and we do all of it in-house, which is why we can quote it honestly instead of marking up someone else's work.

Foil Stamping & Embossing

Metallic and matte foils in gold, silver, copper, and custom colours, with blind or registered embossing for a raised tactile mark. The McLaren card and folder set we produced is a good reference for what a foil strike does to perceived value.

Soft-Touch & Spot UV

A velvet soft-touch laminate over the full card with a high-gloss spot UV on the logo creates a contrast you feel before you see. Works on folders and covers as well as cards.

Die-Cutting & Custom Shapes

Rounded corners, custom silhouettes, cut-through windows, and folder shapes cut on our own dies. If you can draw it, we can usually cut it.

Built for Multi-Location and Franchise Teams

Brand consistency falls apart the moment each branch starts ordering its own cards from a different shop. We solve that at the production level, not with a policy memo.

Variable Data Printing

One locked template, unlimited personalized records. Names, titles, direct lines, and location addresses merge automatically. No re-typesetting, no transcription errors.

Brand-Locked Templates

We hold your approved artwork, stocks, and Pantone builds on file. Reorders come back identical whether they're placed this quarter or next year.

Kitting & Nationwide Fulfillment

Sorted, labelled, and shipped per location or per rep. You approve once; we handle the distribution across the GTA and across Canada.

Corporate Stationery Printing FAQs

1What is the minimum order for business cards?
There isn't a meaningful one. Our digital press makes runs as small as 50 or 100 cards economical, which is what you want when a single person joins the team. Once you're past roughly 2,500 cards, offset usually becomes the cheaper route and we'll tell you when that crossover happens rather than quietly running it the expensive way.
2How long does stationery printing take?
Standard digital business cards and letterhead typically run three to five business days from print-ready file approval. Add two to four days for specialty finishing like foil stamping, embossing, or die-cutting, since those involve a separate pass and, for foil and emboss, a custom die. Offset runs and large multi-location kits are quoted with a firm date up front. If you're working to a hard deadline, tell us at the quote stage. We schedule around it rather than discovering the problem later.
3What's the actual difference between digital and offset printing for stationery?
Digital prints directly from the file with no plates, so setup is fast and short runs stay affordable. Offset creates physical plates and runs ink through a press, which costs more to set up but drops dramatically in per-unit cost at volume, handles Pantone spot colours precisely, and prints on a far wider range of stocks. For a 200-card run, digital wins. For 20,000 letterhead sheets in a corporate blue that has to be exact, offset wins. We run both, so the recommendation isn't shaped by what equipment we happen to have.
4Can you match the Pantone colours in our brand guidelines?
Yes. On offset we mix true Pantone spot inks, which is the most accurate reproduction available. On digital we colour-match as closely as the process allows and will show you a proof before the full run. If your brand blue is critical and the run is large, we'll steer you to offset. We keep your approved colour build on file so reorders match rather than drifting a little further each cycle.
5Do you print carbonless NCR forms and numbered sets?
We do. Two, three, and four-part sets, sequentially numbered, perforated, and either padded or bound into books. These are common for work orders, delivery slips, and service invoices where a physical duplicate still has to travel with the job or stay in the truck.
6Can you handle stationery for multiple offices or franchise locations?
That's a large part of what we do. We lock your approved template, merge each location's variable data, print the whole program in one run so colour is identical everywhere, then kit and ship to each address individually. One approval from you, one invoice, and every branch gets the right box.
7Do you offer design help if our files aren't print-ready?
Yes. Our in-house design and pre-press team can fix bleed and resolution issues, convert RGB artwork to print-ready CMYK, rebuild a logo that only exists as a low-resolution file, or design the stationery set from scratch against your brand guidelines.
